How should I store my Jot products?
To maintain maximum freshness, store your items in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, specific items may require refrigeration; please check the individual product label for details.
Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
We currently ship across the United States. Shipping is free on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $5.99 applies at checkout.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a full refund or replacement.
Are Jot products organic and non-GMO?

Can I track my order after it has been placed?
Yes. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
